FAQs

I just bought a vinyl sticker! Will I need a squeegee tool to apply it?

It is strongly recommended that you use a squeegee tool to apply your vinyl stickers. Some of our vinyl stickers have fine lines that will need the extra help so you can apply your stickers properly. Feel free to add one of ours to your cart at checkout if you do not already have one.

How do I apply the vinyl sticker?

Once you receive your order, you'll see that all our vinyl stickers come on what is called "transfer tape." Make sure the surface you're putting your sticker on is clean.

To apply, separate the two sheets of your sticker; the clear side is where your sticker design should stay attached to once separated.

Choose your desired location for your new sticker and place it carefully on the surface of it, lining it up to your preferred orientations. Do not remove transfer tape yet.

Now you will press and drag your squeegee tool or hands across the sticker to make sure it will stay in place once you peel back the transfer tape.

After securing your sticker in place you can now slowly remove the transfer tape. If any part of the design sticks to the transfer tape, gently lay it back down and continue to press with your hands or squeegee tool to make it stick to the surface.

My design is stuck to the transfer tape. Help!

If for any reason the full sticker does not come off with the transfer tape, place the two sheets back together, then lay it down on a flat surface and press and drag your squeegee tool or hands across the sticker to insure it is fully attached to the transfer tape. Do not attempt to fully remove transfer tape if any piece is sticking.

If you have already applied your sticker to the surface and it is stuck to the transfer tape, then continue to press and drag your squeegee tool or hands across the sticker until you get it to stick in place. Repeat this process until you are able to completely remove the transfer tape. Once again, do not attempt to fully remove transfer tape if any piece is sticking.
